It's simple

 

Most ships, you take MAM1, ASM1 and MBM3. Then you equip JC flag.

 

If you want an AA ship, you take AAM1, AAGM2, AAGM3. Then you equip JC flag.

 

If you want to build some balanced setup, you take MAM1, AAGM2 and MBM3. Then you equip JC flag.

you forgot one thing.    if you run out of JC flag,    run some DDs till you get det'd,    SCORE!  more JC.

 

one thing I am changing is adding more  propulsion module for ships with rudder that are already 3sec or better instead of steering module.

How much of a practical difference does AAM1 make? I'm pondering using it on the Texas, just because of all those open AA mounts, and I don't seem to lose turrets very often on it.
