So was looking at some pics today of the New Mexico class BBs and saw something strange. Saw a pic of both the New Mexico and her sister ship Idaho both after their final refits. Saw something on Idaho's deck that New Mexico didn't. So, I went digging around some more and find out that Idaho is unique compared to her sisters. While her two sisters look like they kept their 5inch/51 secondary guns, Idaho's were removed to add ten 5inch/38 Mk 30 single barreled dual-purpose guns. Does anyone else think she'd be a unique ship to be added in as a tier 6 premium? I don't know how many other people would buy her and what they think of her, but I would buy her just for her uniqueness compared to her sister ships. Arizona, which is being added soon, already performs 99% the same as the NM. Just loses 5 degrees of gun arc and aesthetically looks different. Well the thing is, my "opinion" is the correct one from a business perspective. Though supposedly her superior secondaries are not supposed to be on ships earlier than T8, but that can be her special thing, in addition to the missing HP and whatnot that players are still upset about with the current Colorado. I really hope if their going to add another USN prem, which they shouldn't they've gotten Saipan, Indy, and Arizona in the past 3 months, they should do the South Dakota. Or just something at tier 8. The game is already becoming 'World of Premiums' with Wargaming more than making up for their currency devaluation by having more pay_for_content in WoWs than a porn site. Yet another premium cloned from a free ship with a bit of cosmetic work. At least come up with something unique. However, they also have to make money and they can often just use a base model, make a few adjustments and release the ship for a premium price point. I am virtually certain they have a dedicated team working on ship lines as well speak so we will get more but it takes longer. Want more premiums? I don't really care if they add or don't add any. I support them adding premiums as a way to keep the game going and recognize they are going to do so because they are in business to make money. Oh, and for the record, I do pay my internet bill and it is in my name. Why does everyone get so salty over premium ships? Not like they are pay to win by any means.
