Royal navy combo pack (jutland flag)

If this is the wrong place to ask / discuss i'm sorry but looked like a good place so here i go.

I bought the warspite when she came out and got the campbletown when it was in the tech tree for dubloons so i own both the ships, now this royal navy pack comes on the store and there is a special jutland flag in it.

So i have a question to WG can people that have both ships get that flag for a small payment (or free) as i don't feel like dropping 50 bucks for a flag. As i don't need / want the rest of the pack ?

But i would like to have the flag.

The flag does nothing, carries no bonuses. Not saying it wouldn't be nice if the flag were available to people who don't have $50 to drop right now, just letting you know.

You will need to submit a customer support ticket explaining the situation, but they will have you buy the RN Combo Pack for $49.99, (8150 doubloons, the flag and 30 premium will be in your account) then you will have to let them know that you have made the purchase as a 2nd entry on the ticket that you submitted.  They will remove the 8150 doubloons from your account and issue a refund for the Warspite $30.99 and the Campbeltown $9.99, total $40.98 to which ever vehicle yiou made the purchase with.

If you want the flag you have to purchase the pack and either submit a ticket to get a pratial refund or keep the doubloons.

Well that is hardly fair.  If they didn't have their act together that is not our fault.  We bought both ships so now they ought to do the right thing and give us the flag.  Poor customer service or outright greed will kill the game fast.  And I have noted a lot of premium ships lately that are just a rehash of existing ships.

I would like the Custom "Battle of Jutland" Flag. They should offer a special mission for current owners of Warspite and Campbeltown or "limit of one" per userid purchase by current Warspite or Campbeltown owners.

I wish they would sell flags.. that country your from or one's that are just for decorations.

This is not exactly true. I submitted a ticket last night, and just this morning (not even two hours ago) I got a reply stating that after they reviewed my account, they credited the flag to me, since I already owned both ships. (not the premium time, which is fine by me because I already have like 33 days left or something)

 

To OP, just submit a ticket explaining that you own both ships already and would like to simply have the flag as well, especially since you bought the Warspite when she first came out and the campbeltown via gold, I'm sure they'll be able to help you.

 

Seriously though, the WG customer support seem to be really awesome people. They've helped on more than one occasion and seem to really care about the players. (unlike certain other companies out there... *cough*gaijin*cough*)
