Except that WG does not have any legal obligation to abide by the NDA. If they so feel like, they could release a video. Legally they don't have to follow it, and can post anything with allowance by Devs. However the only things shown are pics and articles. Other than that WG follows the NDA as close as possible. But you have to imagine they will only release footage from things that are DONE. It's not good advertising to show off work that's not that final yet. So claiming NDA doesn't apply because it is their product. The idea that companies won't release alpha footage or any footage of a game until it is ready also doesn't make much sense. Companies release footage all the time trying to drum up interest in their products. Its advertising. It doesn't mean they have to show consumers everything but a little 30 second video of gameplay without a UI present wouldn't be damaging to the brand and would give gamers something to search for instead of just a forum with a few pictures. That being said, WG is able to do what they want because they own the product but asking for a teaser trailer of gameplay is not a ridiculous suggestion. Playing WoWP is really becoming a drag because of the low numbers. Over the last month or two I have seen the numbers drop even more. Not fun to play or level up when there are 4 peeps on each side.
