After seeing how cool the Saipan is.  Now I'm addicted to see more cool carriers added into the game.  Is there any word when the next new CVs will come?

I'm waiting on ze Germans for their CVs, though about half will be completely made up. The British don't have much to get to tier 10 I believe, unless you want HMS Furious in there which would be ridiculous (2 x 1 BL 18-in Mk 1!!!)

Half? More than half of their CVs will be made up. The only two the Germans started or planned on building were the Graf Zeppelin and Peter Strasser, both are of the Graf Zeppelin-class. I'm waiting for them Yorktowns.

I know this isn't a reliable site but here it is.  It shows quite a few German CVs that were planned, but never built and scrapped.

They have more than nearly everyone else.

They had designs for more, but they never laid any down aside from the two you name.

Actually, less than half would have to be "made up". Germany has enough planned, with at least some tech details and drawings, to easily get to tier 8, 8 being the GZ class. Tier 9 They could "Technically" put the Italian CV Aquila in both the Italian and German line, Germany did help build it and took control after Italy's surrender, though it's an unpopular idea at best to have the carrier in both lines. In my link below in my sig I have my incomplete list (working on some image and layout stuff for tier 9 and 10) I have for a German CV tech tree. which link's wikipedia for convenience of others to get a broad idea but based on research from books and what not (some of which are cited as sources on wikipedia).

Tier 9 is where you have to get creative, summary of what I think should be there is actually what they intended to do to GZ in removing her heavy anti ship guns, and replacing them with additional mounts in sponsons of 105's. Which aside from increased AA and number of guns potentially to fire on a ship, as whichever GZ class ship it would have been (could user the Strausser name) could have been reworked spatially with the removal of those heavy guns to have more hanger space, so more planes to be competitive at tier 9.

Tier 10 would be based on the fact that actually, Germany had intended in it's plans to have a class after the GZ though obviously with GZ never getting completed, it never got more traction beyond an intention. For this, my idea goes with the concept that kinda flows through the line (DP guns, heavy and/or lots of them) and well, if nothing else Germany did like it's extra large toys (maus, railway guns, or most appropriate, landkreuzer p.1000 ratte), as well as lessons that likely would have been learned from the GZ class and any intelligence/observations of other nations carriers. It'd likely have a greater length by a few feet than any of the other CV's (nothing truly insane like the Ratte vs a Sherman, but definetly bigger) and probably a bit wider as well, allowing for more space for planes, ammo, crew, etc. Armaments I'm thinking probably single or double 12.8 cm guns on the corners more or less, with a good deal of 10.5 and 8.8 cm as well, and some smaller number of auto cannons likely. With the DP's having a bit more range over other nations. But basically, it puts up a wall of flak to defend itself and likely, in a duel of carriers with no planes (its far rarer now, but it does, on occasion, happen), it'd likely get the upper hand. And any DD that gets too close trying to torp is liable to get a nasty surprise, assuming it's spotted to get shot of course.

Other details I have in there like planes and all.

Back more on topic, I don't want to see a single new carrier till we have some proper balance between the two sets we have now. My opinion of them simply implementing Saipan right now was less than favourable, at best, if I see one in game it gives me more data to try and see what it is that truly causes a squad of IJN fighters to be so woefully inept against one squad of USN, the two working theories I have are number of planes (why on paper IJN seems to have comparable health and better DPS yet still lose, because the 6 planes with lower DPS is still actually more than 4 with slightly higher, so basically some/all stats are per plane giving USN the edge) or Accuracy (working concept since haven't found an explanation how exactly fighters work is that on engagement, a circle/circles are formed akin to DB's when they attack, that they "fight in" and that like USN DB's vs IJN DB's, the larger per squad count makes USN more accurate, basically the difference between bird shot [uSN] and a slug/buckshot [iJN] fired from the hip at lets say 100 yards maybe, bird shot having the greater hit chance due to area coverage), or possibly both.

But USN vs IJN in regards to CV's at the moment needs to be made completely fair and even for both sides. That doesn't mean the nations have to be clones, they just need more work on how fighter works, aircraft setups, etc.
