Brushing aside the absurdity of winning by hanging around in a patch of ocean doing nothing (at best), and getting shot to pieces (normally), instead of doing something one might do in a WAR game (like sinking all the enemy ships), and not something better suited to a MARIO KARTS/TANKI silly fun arcade game, why do they have to be in such lousy places?

In the North Map (hate it as much as Straight, but for different reasons) the cap circles absolutely suck.

I just played a little WoT and it was the same old maps, so I take it Wargaming's general attitude is take it or leave it.

I guess I'll have to put up with a lot of stuff that comes pretty close to wrecking the game, the heavy damage sound effect being #1, I wonder how many little ways WG can aggravate me before I quit for good?

Anybody want to start a pool?

Well...isn't one of the reasons to fight in the first place to gain territory for your side? So you cap a strategic point and defend it...then sink all the enemy ships that try to take it from you. :medal:

A mode where the goal is to sink all enemy ships without a cap circle or a timer will never fly.  One, if a team falls way behind, without an alternate path to victory, a lot of players would just exit the battle and start a new one.  Two, without a timer, if a battle runs on for a LONG time, you're locking out the dead players' ships, which would tick them off a LOT!!!  Three, there would be situations where you might have 2 ships of different enough speeds that one could never catch the other, and so the battle would never end without a timer, unless they decide to fight it out.  Four, what if the final two ships are highly stealthed DDs?  With no timer and no caps, are they just going to drive around the map HOPING to find each other?  It could take hours.

No, the idea is ridiculous on its face.

As for you not liking domination mode, which seems to be your gripe, you should know that there are some people who hate standard mode and prefer domination mode.  And others who are the reverse.  And the point of cap circles in domination mode is to create an incentive to get players to fight and force the issue, rather than have 20 minutes of max range sniping.
