Nothing. Asked a few players... usually got their confusion about it as well or no clue at all. Now maybe I missed it somewhere. If I did, that's my fault. I went in and was given my signal flags bonus time. Hope this helps anyone still in the dark. Why this wasn't posted in big bold letters in their Public Test preview page where its front and center is confusing, but w/e. Again, if it was and I missed it, than at least I wasn't the only one.
