Apparently it's possible to have 2 First Blood on one game

Strange, perhaps its a type, and one of the first bloods is supposed to be a second blood?

Anyone killing in a certain time frame can get first blood (couple of seconds). I think it's also possible to get first blood and double strike.

Could've happened at almost the same time. I've seen two DDs, one on each team, hit each other with their torps at about the same time and see it awarded to both.

I had a game back in open beta where I received "First Blood" and "It's just a flesh wound" in the same battle. The other ship and I were the first two ships sunk by a wide margin. I sank no other ships. We both had a nice chuckle over that because he  received "First Blood" too.
