Time to vent a little.

 

I gotta ask...why??

 

Why does every single time something glitches in a Co-op game do I get the worst team ever?? In all the games I have played I have only had 3 serious problems:

 

The first time was the black screen of death glitch -

I could see nothing at all, but hear everything that was going on around me. By the sounds of it no one else was having an issue. By the time I reloaded into the game...the entire team was dead including me (and a little over half the enemy team).

 

Next was a Team Killer hellbent on sinking my carrier -

I decided to take the high road and not torp him (bad choice), but I actually sunk two enemy ships while ramming the guy and trying to push him into a corner (his torps couldn't arm at those close quarters). He finally decided to use his guns on me which of course killed him while I barely survived...only to be the last ship on our team at that point against 3 enemy ships left. Yep, one- shoted after that and lost the game.

 

And just tonight, again using my carrier-

Some kind of non-sync issue that constantly auto-pushed my mouse to the left, making targeting almost impossible for me. Scored some hits still, and shot down some planes (finally), but again, ended up trying to fight four remaining enemy ships as the last ship on my team....(no one said anything about any similar problems they were having in chat). So yeah, with a huge targeting issue - even just trying to intercept planes - I just couldn't fight effectively and we lost.

 

So why is it that in most co-op games I struggle to do damage because everyone is blowing stuff away so fast, but only when there is a problem that I have no control over and really, REALLY need a team to do exactly that, do I end up with the herp derp team from hell?

Most of those sound like problems with your PC or client, not the game itself. There's nothing you can do to a TKer besides report them. On top of that co-op isn't the premier game mode, and frankly, it's mostly inexperienced and/or bad players who play co-op battles, with some exception. So get used to the bad teammates in co-op or play random battles.

i wouldn't care about your coop stats

 

the catch there it's that the higher you go in tiers, the more bots win, mostly because the more bots you will have on your team and the better the bots shoot, so if your coop winrate drops it likely signifies that you became a better player :3

 

t10 ships have generally the worst coop winrate of around 70+%

It's co-op man, nobody is going to judge you over your co-op stats ever. If they do, then you need not heed them.

I tried playing my langley against the bots because I have no idea how to carrier... big mistake. I didn't realize how much I was actually doing in a normal ship and the results were unpleasant.
