I have been puzzled by such an issue for quite a while: What is the mechanism for triggering battery incapable or destroyed? Sometimes when a main battery hit, it could be repaired after a while, but sometimes it is immediately destroyed.

In the module page, there are such upgrade which could increase the battery hit point. If I understand properly, each battery has its own hit point and after the damage reaches the hit point it destroys the battery?

Anyone idea?

Each module has its own HP. When its depleted, the module is destroyed. A shell that penatrates a turret but doesn't deplete HP will be knocked out temporarily.

Thank you for clarification. Then what is the trigger of incapability - a main battery is broken for a short while and is repairable.

Oops, I am confused about what to ask :(. I was trying to ask, after the repair, would the HP of a turrent be recovered?

A followup question; if a turret is damaged to the point of being disabled, does the repair process restore it back to half health like in WoT when your tracks or engine are disabled? Or is turrets getting disabled seperate from that?

This is the gist of it but it is probably more complicated and random than expected.

Main and 2ndary batteries can be incapacitated several times and returned to action. They can only be destroyed once. An incapacitating or destroying hit may do no other damage than that ie no HP loss or they could cause several HP to be lost

I've had several instances where I had turrets completely destroyed by a shell hit, but my ship remained at full health.

The module HP is different to the ships HP
