Funny.. over 1200 games I have been intentionally TK'd once. Have you possibly thought you are provoking being attacked by team members due to your own in game actions (poor play, chat, not paying attention and sailing in front of them as they fire)?  Team killing is not as out of control, the sky is falling, as a few make it out to be.

got shot at by a bb teammate today taking 3/4 of my health so i dropped all 9 of my friendly torps hitting him with 4, as i round the island i thought it was over just for him to sink my boat, then he reported me and now im banned.......

... That's not right. The BB driver should have also been banned for instigating it. You don't just accidentally shoot someone with a BB unless your seriously not paying attention. I am guilty of that myself, I accidently sunk a friend because I got him mixed up with another BB, it's rare, but it does happen in the heat of battle. I do not agree with banning any one, unless they are a habitual team killer... I think you should appeal to wargaming for a reprieve.

Last time I played tanks, a player a bit above average could TK someone about once every 10 matches (not in a cap circle though) and not trip the damage threshold. I used to get someone blocking me, or otherwise being a goof about that often, and I could take them out with no penalty but credits and XP.
