can u tell me some tips and tricks to pen?

so hearing u guys talk about how pen and cleve play dif and stuff I have my own way of playin but can u tell me some ways to play it better and like it more

Stay at 13km+ for the Pensacola and fire HE at angled ships and AP at broadside ships. Fire AP on the Cleveland at everything but DD's and then fire HE at them...

If you can pen your target's hull, aim for the waterline. Otherwise, aim at the superstructure.
