This makes me want a World of Sarships, where WG takes ships from different universes as the trees and pits them against eachother.  You've got your Star Trek tree, your Star Wars tree, your Warhammer tree, Battle Tech tree, Halo tree,you know, like a Super Smash Bro's of sci-fi space ships.
