Thanks for the guides

I had a player tell me I was driving my battleship "like a prototypical bad battleship driver."

 

Rather than get into a flamewar, I got onto the forums, searched bad battleship play, and saw my play style defined. Hanging at extreme range, showing my broadside... being a noob

 

I spent the next week or so reading guides and watching videos during my normally allotted wows time, and man has it helped.

 

I just wanted to thank the people who take the time to put together guides and tutorial videos, currently driving a NM and looking forward to the former struggle bus, CO.

This is what I did when I wanted to learn how to properly BB. Through a series of personal trail and error, tutoring, watching random Youtube Videos, and having fun I gathered the proper procedures for each ship. I'm still learning, and it's wonderful to see others as well. Improperly played BB's are extremely irritating to watch.

Followed some more advice I found on the forums and started playing cruisers. They are great ships, I got a phoenix and am fully enjoying it.
