What module upgrades and captain skills should I get on the Admiral Hipper?

I just unlocked the Admiral Hipper after going though the extremely painful Yorck grind. I'm starting to like the game again now that I'll never have to play that POS ship ever again.

 

Does anyone know what the optimal upgrades and captain skills are for the Admiral Hipper?

I am right there with you. Finished the most painful grind yet. I sailed right through the NURNBERG and kept playing it, but I couldn't wait to get out of the Yorck.
