Do duel purpose secondaries able to Fire at AA targets and ships at the same time or do they have to reload?

Was wondering if my secondaries on my bb that are said to be duel purpose can fire on planes and ships at the exact same time? If not then can I prioritize which to shoot with control click?

AA is a DPS bubble that extends around the ship and is independent of any anti-surface action. Meaning that they can magically shoot at surface as well as air targets at the same time.

You can use the drop down AA option to find out what guns are used as secondaries when they calculate DPS done to planes. Some guns that can be controlled by the user do NOT have an animation even if they are doing damage. An example of this is the Atlanta. All of the main turrets are 127mm guns and they are all included in AA damage even if used by the player to shoot at a target. It's just throwing numbers into the sky.
