How About Speech Based on Ship Nationality?

Having never played the game in a country other than the United States I'm assuming that, for example, players in Germany hear German speech in the game, players in Japan hear Nihongo, etc etc.  Players in Russia certainly hear Russian.  Based on that assumption, there should already be speech files in different languages already available in the game, according to client location.  So, my question is why hasn't WG made available an option to select the in game speech based on the nationality of the ship we're playing, similar to the option already available in tanks?

Just something I've been wondering about but never asked.

Because they have region locked it so they dont need to add the option as people who need it can go into the files and change it, I think.

I'd definitely love this while playing my German ships. I've been learning German since the end of last summer and it'd be cool to get a bit more immersed into German as I play

I only know of one mod that changes the audio files to German. However I don't know if there's a audio mod that's similar to the Nation Voices option in WoT.

Couldn't you just download the clients from other regions & put the audio files into your game? It's quite easy to do, unless they are all somehow English.
