If that doesn't fix it, you need to check all drivers are up to date (esp, video). I am not a hardware or systems guy, so I cannot tell you what the error message points to, but those are basics to try. Last time I had a serious issue, after trying all for a couple of days, I decided to uninstall completely (from Control Panel), then download and reinstall. Took 3-1/2 hours (a PITA), so I let it go and went somewhere else. Fortunately, whatever the issue was, this fixed it and it has been working since. YMMV. Refer to the game minimum specs requirements. https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=ru&u=http://voprosonline.ru/question/2962&prev=search Common problem with laptops, might be as easy as a cleaning. Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor or SoCRAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) for 32-bit or 2 GB for 64-bitHard disk space: 16 GB for 32-bit OS 20 GB for 64-bit OSGraphics card: DirectX 9 or later with WDDM 1.0 driverDisplay: 800x600 Micro$oft state those as the absolute minimum hardware requirements. If you can't meet that low hurdle then forget about using the laptop, fwiw imho.
