Сайпан ( обратите внимание, корабль еще не готов, не продается, со стартом продаж будет отдельная новость) будет предлагаться к покупке в клиенте игры посредством системы личных предложений всем игрокам имеющим 20+ побед на авианосцах и хотя бы 1 бой на авианосце 5 уровня и выше. Обещаем не спамить, предложим к покупке 2-3 раза,с интервалом не менее недели.

 

USS Saipan will be offered for sale through the game client, via personal offers to all players that have 20+ wins, as well as at least one battle in a tier 5 carrier (please note, the the ship is not yet ready and not on sale; we'll have a separate announcement to that effect). We promise not to spam players with this offer, and will only extend it 2-3 times, with at least one week interval between offers.

Сделано это для того, чтобы купить его могли только те игроки которые умеют на авианосцах играть ( Чтобы, в противном случае не могли разочароваться и расстроить сокомандников в бою). В случае успеха подобных продаж опыт будет продолжен.

 

This is done in order to make the ship available only to players that know how to play carriers (otherwise they might be disappointing, and also piss of their teammates). If this experiment is successful, we'll continue sales like this in the future.

Overall easy to be honest, almost too easy. *Edit* or not for those who play carrier from beta/alpha and get wipe, not played till now.

 

Hope requirement is the same for all server, or lower for my server.

If req is winrate I'm in trouble.

Person that normally do translation from RU (Is that OP?) said the req's only for Ru and may difference in other region.

Those are RU server requirements. There is absolutely no reason to assume they'll be the same here.

.......dumb,silly and for certain stupid. I hope were not talking a premium ship? Additional conditions on top of  my money ? hahaha. What tier ship is this a 5 or 6? Pfft.....so what. Their are premium ships for sale right away when start this game ranging from tier 3 Albany at one time to atago  tier 7. All these ships and others never required additional conditions besides  cash. Amazing. All this really does is promote more afk in stacking random battle wins. Wargaming just let it be if its a premium ship ...if we spend cash on it that's a good motive enough to learn cv plan well. Maybe not true for freeplayers  who  have the easier option of sluggish play.....

Why the hell would they bother with a restiction CVs are a very different flavour of ship only players who like them and try to get better in them would buy the Saipan anyway. Who the [edited]would buy a ship that frustrates the hell out of them when they play it and don't even enjoy it when they do play the type of ship it is ?

 

The restriction is pointless since only players who like CVs will buy it or ship collectors who probably won't play it if they don't like CVs anyway. Typical WG logic right there lol.

WG hasn't been out in pubs much have they.  The phrase 'failing upwards' comes to mind.

I don't think a 20 win and a tier 5 cv makes any good indication of a good cv player...but at least they should have some sense of managing their planes

I doubt there will be this restriction on NA server given the recent competitions Niko has been running. Since it is possible that a player could win a Saipan with only one very awesome game in a tier 4 CV it's unlikely but it could have happened.

 

It seems more like WG RU are trying to make players feel better on the RU server about having Saipan players in the matches they are in but it won't stop Bot users getting one and using them since you can fail your way to tier 5 and 20+ wins in CVs or any ship.

 

So yeah any restriction is more then likely pointless.

Plain and simple, I can accept a surface vessel being the first thing that someone gets in the game, but to enter the game and your first match being a tier 7 carrier with tier 9 aircraft... that's going too far.

All that restriction would do is hurt the folks who stick to premiums in co-op. Anyone with half a brain and two fingers can grind out 20 CV wins, which is more than enough to reach T5.

Honestly for a carrier like the Saipan, I would be expecting something more 100 carrier battles minimum tier 5 with a win rate of 55% in carriers if they are going to put up a barrier to entry

It's extremely unlikely that NA bots are grinding T7 CVs to reach T5 to meet the RU server's criteria.

It doesn't specify if it has to be random battle wins. Hopefully it will mean it will be available to players that enjoy PvE.

I don't read Russian but it doesn't specify random or ranked. Wins in coop still show that you know the basics.

tier 7 with 2/3/0 squads of 3 (not 6) tier 9 aircraft. Which only gives it an average potential damage of a Colorado per strike.

 

Your over reacting to something that is being added that will change nothing. Saipan will preform no better then the other tier 7 CVs. The game style is what will stop boters from bothering with it and bad players from playing it. The bot program wouldn't use a premium CV there would be no point because it won't make better credits then the Atlanta which is easier to program a bot program for and especially you don't need to bot through it to get to the next tier because there isn't one.

 

FYI you can't play the first Match in game in PVP you have to play Coop or did you forget ?

I refuse to argue with someone who has such a flawed view on the world. if you honestly believe some random newbie with a carrier is a good idea, go ahead and advocate for it. I've seen enough stupid from the people who climbed the ranks to know it'd be a garbage idea.

The CV bot horde is hella annoying.
