Interesting statistics this week

Please do pay attention to the stats. MM seems to be behaving as it did pre-0.5.3.

 

I also really enjoy the game's interest in history and the mini-documentaries that have been featured. It's really a nice treat for people who are interested the history. I appreciate the enthusiasm to keep the game interesting by introducing new exciting ships... but please don't lose credibility with the fan base due to over-estimations of ships that have never been tested. The game is fun enough without having to go overboard with the imagination.

 

Granted the stats may be skewed because of all the experienced players using free XP to tech up the line but this should be something to watch. I felt I had an unfair advantage when I was trying the new cruisers myself. They're fun but they didn't have much challenge at least as far as I've played them. They were easy enough to hit citadels on from my other ships but the firepower may be a little exaggerated.

As stated, numbers are expected to be skewed because the T10 players are probably all experienced captains with free XP to spare. It would be something to watch but I still felt the firepower was exaggerated a bit.

Numbers are still there though...

T10 - Moskva is ahead of Zao has 10k up on Montana

T9 - Dmitri Donskoi has 5k up on Iowa and Izumo

T8 - Chapayev is ahead of all the CAs.

T7 - Shchors is ahead of Colorado

T6 - Budyonny is only trailing Fuso and Warspite

The gap between Midway and Hakuryu is pretty bad. Midway is pretty much dead last in win rate despite being almost 5k behind in damage.

All the extra AA doesn't seem to be hurting the IJN CV as much.

The numbers will drop a bit, once the bad players start getting into the higher tiers with the soviet cruisers.

Right now, mostly only good players have progressed far in T6+ soviet cruisers.
