Kirov's scout plane?

I swear Kirov had a scout plane.   When I trained my captain with "superintendent," i no longer have a scout plane.

 

Am I smoking something?

Hull B is a postwar refit, so Kirov lost a scout plane. But greatly improves AA firepower.

A trade off upgrade, which do you want? the scout plane for detection, or AA firepower for defense against incoming air attacks? such things are common in WoWs module upgrades.

it's not just AA upgrade on Kirov B-hull, you also get more HP and slightly faster rudder.

It's the combination of both wartime and postwar refits:

 

Catapult removed and replaced 45mm 21-K semi-auto AA guns with 37mm 70-K autocannons: 1944 refit

B-34USM installed: Postwar refit

Kirov only had a 50mm Belt. "Heavy" Cruiser only because of gun caliber. Even the Omaha has a thicker Belt
