So, at this point, maybe before 11:59pm EST March 31st? At best? I don't know. It's things like this that are indicative of Wargaming WoWS HQ not seeming to have their act together. But who knows? Maybe they do but due to the lack of communication it seems they don't have it together. We'll never know because they don't tell WGNA anything so the guys and gals and WGNA are left in the dark just as much as we, the players, are. Based upon everything I'm seeing, it appears they got the cart before the horse. They announced a premium CV to be sold, it was leaked to be Saipan, and after weeks, they wait until the last week of the month to add it to the game for Super Testers? I don't know, but is that right? But because they waited so late in the month to begin testing it, are there issues with it to prevent it from being sold? We'll never know I'm sure. A premium CV is a bit of a tricky subject, if they've changed their minds on something and that caused a delay I would not be surprised at all. I've heard that premiums tend to release on Mondays, and it made sense with that last contest ending yesterday.
