MK radar/smoke choice

Just a thought, but why not give Katuzov Captains the choice of having either smoke or radar consumable? I totally understand not having both, I would just like to have the option of choosing between the two. It would also sell a bunch of MK's if you put it on sale, from players wanting to try radar but not wanting to climb the Russian cruiser tree.

Heh. There's already a lot separating Kutuzov from Chapayev... 8700 more hitpoints, superior manoeuvrability and range, superior AAA, premium camouflage, superior torpedoes...

Doesn't matter, $60 separates Kutuzov from my wallet. ;)

yeah Kutuzov is already (presumably, since I haven't played it) too good. Being able to swap in radar and potentially make the ship better and more versatile isn't a good idea. TBH, Atago and Kutuzov need to be taken down a peg, not given an additional leg up on their tech tree contemporaries.
