unable tp lay the game any more

I had not played world of warships for some time so yesterday I started it up and went through hours and hours of updates etc, first it would not accept my password so I reset that, then it said to download the game so I tried that, it did not work either.

 

I tried to contact wargamimg.net to fill out a ticket for help but it asked for some things I could not do like it said I must use  a different E-mail address, I only have one.

So I am stuck between a rock and a hard place now and can not figure out what the heck is going on with this game, if it can not be fixed I will have to delete it from my computer

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Try refreshing windows, deleting everything concerning WOWS and start from scratch. Had this same thing happen to me, it turned out to be something wrong with my hard drive which didn't report until I did the windows refresh. Luckily everything is under warrantee and was replaced for free, DELL is good like that.

thats all I can think of, that, or you trying on the wrong server

I would uninstall, then reinstall overnight...ensuring your upload is not interrupted.  Sometimes when I've uploaded WG products and I'm simultaneously downloading internet info, or I have to pause the download by turning off my computer, it screws up the download. 

 

Second, I would make sure your graphics drivers are updated - one of my laptops would not run WOWP because of outdated graphics drivers.

Hello guys! I understand your pain, literally. Yesterday, I decided to play WoWs. It took about 3 hours to update and then this morning I opened it up and then it was loading then one of those Computer bug things opened up and said there was a problem with WoWs. In that case, I had to "close the program" and they said they could fix the problem but I don't trust those people and they lied to me. I still can't open it to the username screen even. Please help, and anyone else on this page with similar troubles and I can get on WoWs together!  Ok I just spotted something. I think we need more people who played longer. They might have better experience with game glitches like can't go on. Once it happened to me on WoT but I had to reinstall because I had to delete.

Ok I had enough. I deleted it and I'm re-installing it, I may have to insist that you do the same. I deleted it. I re-installed it but the same thing is happening. I'm going to try to update my PC or I might need a little help too.
