Against the rules bot or otherwise, all you can do is deal with it. Also take off your tin hat, thinking that 5K of the playerbase is bots.

WG Ai planes actually go straight for ennemy bombers no matter where they are while their bomber go on and bomb the nearest ennemy.

Unless you are setting to cover a ship, fighters won't attack any plane on their own.

Why not? Seriously? Even a bot CV gives my team more of a chance to win than a sunk bot CV. What do you accomplish by sinking the bot except, perhaps, prove that you are not a team player?

 

If there is a problem with bot CVs, the solution is not to TK them.

Then let him be a target. As a target, it has the potential to draw ships away from the real fighting--especially destroyers. If the fighting is near your cap (or wherever the bot is), it will draw fire.

 

Teaching the bot a lesson by TK-ing it is just silly! Far better is just let it be a target.

Well the tk's not really to teach anyone a lesson, mostly to let out my frustration, since NO ONE is doing ANYTHING to the bots. 

Actually you know what? This is pointless. Nothing's going to change, no one's gonna do anything about the bots and will just bash me for tk. I'll just do whatever I think is right and you do yours.

If several players on the bot's team would report it every game, then something would be done. It wouldn't happen immediately, which is one reason too many people don't bother. You know, people actually report me (twice) instead of the bot for being "annoying", which is why I stopped trying and took action myself. 

Anyways, no one seems to care about scripts and bots and would rather get a dose of self-righteousness from bashing my tk (a certain someone (not you) from this very post, for example). So, I guess all this discussion comes down to this one phrase that everyone loves: 

 

"Nobody cares".

Came across a "bot" CV last night. He never moved the ship. Never took evasive actions when a DD was firing at him. He diverted his planes away when that DD and the cruiser closing with him dropped out of LOS. Classic bot behaviors, I mean really ignoring the threats closest to you who would sink your carrier? Both ships weren't AA strong. The red team carrier kept sending his fighters over the channel in exact same spot and I kept nomming on those each time with my Atlanta, this was before the 2 ships push for our CV in the exact same match.

 

I have a half mind to just let the red team gank it if the bot carrier was on my team again next time it show up.

Learn to ask diplomatically for your team to report bots, and you will be part of the solution to the problem that you hate. Furthermore, if you can bring yourself to do this, you will learn a skill that will serve you well in real life. Diplomacy works far better than self-righteous rants. Team killing hurts everyone, including (and especially) yourself, and it makes the problem far worse than it was to begin with.

They all seem to be US CVs and rely on DB auto drops for damage.

 

I hate the things, and I've seen a lot of them this weekend - but unlike the AFK BB bot that try to leach with secondary hits late game, at least these one can contribute at least a little to the team.  TK'ing them just puts your team at and even bigger disadvantage.

 

I had one today that did decent damage and finished mid table, another bot on the other side locked onto my Pensacola while I was trying to reach the enemy base to assist the DD capping.   Got 40+ air kills but it slowed me down enough that we lost the match,

 

Sadly that's better than a lot of human CV drivers can manage.
