If so, that does officially make NA the only server to not get a chance to buy Mikasa. I've got mine, but I really wish other people who wanted her could but her. They're advertising for two major marketing head positions. Maybe WGNA can't do anything because they have no boss to answer to and therefore final approval of anything has to come from up the corporate chain whenever that person can find the time to be bothered with NA.
