yeah, i heard about it, afaik additional hp from survival expert don't count as your base hp so that cap'n skill makes that achievement possible for dd

 

imo it's great, we had too many bb-only achievements before

The dreadnought award is given for taking damage equal to 140% of your base XP, without the captain HP skill. So as long as it grants over 40% extra HP, and you manage to live with slivers of health -- you get the award.

Using the commander skill buffing HP every tier.  You can get 400 per tier.  Starting from about Tier 4 that is about 20% of the destroyer's HP.
