Russian Cruisers OP need nerf. espcially the Kirvo

HE AND AP DAMAGE IS WAY TO HIGH, high chance of setting target on fire 13%?? W T F? and What the F  is with 4.8 round per second? that's too fast for it's TIER AND GUN SIZE. 180 mm in a [edited]tier 5 firing at 4.8 round per mintue WG R U HIGH? CAN YOU BE EVEN MORE RUSSIAN BIAS?  it F up teir 4 and 3 ships so much! it also got super long range because these maps are too dam small in low tier so you get Kirov sniping across map with super high rate of fire and pin point accuracy!

Kirov is a floating box of matches. if it dosnt get detonated or multiple citadels, it burns on every other hit by anything shooting HE

But different from Ko is this ship hurt a lot. the HE on Koie is a joke and the AP is really abysmal. Kirov is so dam hurt and the shell arc is quite flat it also have 16.3 km which out range all low tier US battleship coupled with that fast rate of fire it have no problem sitting in the back and snip

I don't know why you guys are in denial that this ship is clearly way to powerful for this tier,  you can say if it get hit it die but you guys are ignoring it's Pro has clealry out shined it's Con. 16.3km range? good luck hitting anything at that range with low tier battleships, also 4.8 round per mintu 3x3 180 mm with 4400 ap max damage 2200 max HE damage with 13% chance of setting fire? that's not OP?

And the Koni shurts further, and has accurate guns, and AP shreds everything. The thing is a glass cannon. I hit one shell (One more than zero, one less than two) with 140mm from my Iwaki... engine out. He repaired, One shell after (one more than zero, one less than two)... engine was out again. They have good guns, but they can't take a hit to save their life. If you hit a bug it will citadel you or knock out your engine.

I haven't earned my way up to the T5 yet, but judging by this thread and how everyone so far disagrees with you, perhaps it is you who is in denial?

 

Maybe you should read the responses you got and think, "Hmmm, maybe I was wrong in my original assessment.  I shall evaluate further."
