Battleships shooting HE at any target even at t9

The Ru cruisers seem to lose the engine when a shell hits the bow of the ship or the flag pole

Lost the engine like 20 times in 6 games

And i got 5 out of 6 vs t6 ships with the svetlana. what can i do with 11km range
