When you can position your long range nasty torps, high rate of fire and chance of fires, with a smart use of smoke...shes deadly. At least that is what it looks to us bystanders and opponents. If so, it is not a bad ship for the tier, plus it is a trainer plus uptier slots. Not bad for a reward methinks.
