How many planes have you shot down in a game?

So this is my best score so far.  I started the game escorting CVs so my hit counts are not high. lol 

I guess I can't do both =(

 

I do realize even my team lost, shooting down planes is the money maker =P

I shot down 46 in a match over the weekend for a new personal best in a tier VIII match  After I was told several times I dont understand the way AA works in another post.  Oh well not to bad I guess. Could have gotten more of the game had lasted longer

39 in the Atlanta, did not ctrl enough to get Clear Sky(pre impossibu requirments) either, was heart breaking....

My personal best is 28 in a Cleveland. This was back before they changed the requirements for the Clear Sky award. I was so close but the match ended before I was in range of that last squad of planes. We won the match but I was a bit let down lol.

Highest I can think of is 37 in my Izumo which was pretty surprising at the end of the game when I finally noticed.

40 in my North Carolina, and using only AFT.  Didn't even realize it the time.  I guess the CVs were determined to avenge their fallen airmen and kept sending waves at me.  LOL!

Otherwise, I think I've shot down 58 in one game as Pensacola.

Some people got 117 in the Hakuryu.. But I manged 42 in a strike Hiryu.. vs a AS Hiryu!

31 in my North Carolina. Enemy kept sending strike planes, I kept killing strike planes. Didn't take a single torp hit in that game from torp bombers either, and only minimal hits from dive bombers.
