Although it was a different floating object. Unrelated to floating objects, I've seen a dogpile of ships in the corner of a map resulting in one or two of them activating submarine mode and being stuck underwater for the rest of the match. They could launch torps which rose to the surface, but shells acted funny. They could move around fine though, and even take no damage due to the hull being submerged; so there is some depth to the water if WG ever decided to go full Steel Ocean/NF2 and include subs (though they won't for reasons they said). A few minutes later he was awarded a "Die Hard" medal. Later we found out his internet had died and he was dead in the water when it happened. It was in the CBT when I was first learning how to play carriers. A DD got through our lines on Fault Line. I was in a Langley and there was no way I could escape. I wasn't up to manual dropping on DDs yet, so I ordered my TBs to auto drop on him from 90 degrees to his left. I was going forward and turning left to avoid the DD torpedoes. Well, I survived his torpedo attacks, and my bombers got him for me, but as my bombers swooped in to release their torpedoes, what was about to happen clicked in my mind, and I typed in chat, "I just torpedoed myself..." About 3 seconds later, kill notification flashes up on the right: "Captain_Dorja destroyed Captain_Dorja." 3 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I got a kill message on someone I wasn't shootING at. End of match it said I received credit for I kill I did absolutely no damage to or even shot at. It was wierd.
