Coming next week, after Asia and EU.

 

There will be no PT. Apparently (based on Asia's announcement), they have been released from testing.

 

Why does Asia get the announcement first? Time-zones. You see, they are in the East, where the sun rises, so they get them first. In NA we are in a different timezone. The difference in time zones with us is about 5 days.

The last one had very few, with the exception of the compact carousel thing which was very minor.

The Saipan is very close. As is the upcoming RU Cruiser update. As mentioned above, there won't be a Public Test as they are being prepped for release. I hope that helps for now. The only reason I'm not giving a hard date is if something delayed it, I don't want to give you false information.

Public Test is completely useless waste of time for players and recourses for developers for tasks as test balance...

Only test of some simple mechanics or visual bugs can be done with Public Test...

I understand why Niko and WG don't give loose time frame. It's because no matter how much they emphasize it's a loose time frame, certain players (people like player whose name rhymes with "shirty needs", for example) would then start yelling about how WG lies to players and is out to ruin everything because their business model somehow depends on putting ships out later than they said they might release them.

 

Some gamers can be the worst enemy of all gamers.

Aaaaaaawwwwww, was hoping today was the release date for the RU cruisers or saipan (Don't really care for CV's). Counting down the days till release.
