ARP Captains/Ships

They cant be used in other ships? and their ships can't run other commanders? Slightly annoying if I wanted to train up a commander for his skills for a different ship.

 

I guess they are considered there own nation though...

they are a one man navy..maybe they have something planned down the road..today they are just a fancy toy to play with

ARP ships can use any ARP captain with no retraining. Your ARP Kongo can use the Myoko captain, and vice versa.
