I've recently been able to completely define mine from a scale of 1 to 10. I feel most comfortable in the mid tiers. 

 

1: 5

2: 9

3: 8

4: 9

5: 10

6: 10

7: 7

8: 4

But it's a good questions, as I've been thinking about posting something like this too.  I've grinded up to T8 so far, but like you, feel the most comfortable in the mid range 5-7 tiers.

Pick a tier other than 9, since I don't have any 9s lol, and I'm good at it/comfortable in it.

I'm gonna say from tier 4-8 is my favourite zone. Lots of options for me to mess around with and screwing up/goofing around isn't as costly as tier 9-10.

I agree, make it a poll. My range is 7-8, though I do enjoy most tiers except T1....

4-7 is were I like, 9-10 cost is to high and game is different, still have a T2 IJN DD to play with. If they ever drop the cost of 9-10 ships I would play them.
