Thanks for letting us reorganize our skills. I made a lot of dumb decisions in the early days.

A very generous move, WG, thank you.

I suspect that people will experiment with skills as a result, and the doubloon spending on re-spec will increase dramatically over the next few weeks. It's a win-win.

Haha so did I. Incoming Fire Alert on my IJN BB captain, what a mistake that was.

Why would that be a mistake?

You get most of it for free by watching the enemy turrets in zoomed mode and doing minor preventive zigzag maneuvers when no enemies are spotted.

Yea fair enough but I still find it handy when you have multiple enemies to keep an eye on

Also, as a BB, you can take the hits - and there's always going to be something shooting you if you're remotely visible since you're the biggest target... and it's not like you can really turn to avoid those shells you've been warned about. Now, on a DD, that's totally different.

Anyway, yeah - it was nice of WG to let us respect. I made some dumb decisions, too, but I also wanted to save points for some of the new and interesting skills.

A question.

Does the new Designated AA skill mean AA guns will only work if designated, or will they work un-assisted still if not designated, and only work on designated target, i.e. no other targets when designated?

Great new skill, but description just a bit unclear.
