Tirpitz captain skill point question

With the reset of the captain skill points and the addition of new perks, I was wondering what perks will mostly benefit the play style of the Tirpitz. Another thing I been wondering is the overall theme of German Battleships in general and if anyone has any ideas of what they might play like when released. Or if they will end up being the hybrid of Cruiser and Battleship like the Tirpitz.
