I was thinking about researching for an Argentinian Tech tree, It may be far fetched (specially for the CV part.) but maybe there could be something going on.

There's no harm in researching but you're not likely to find much for that country.

Admiral Belgrano as a premium, I guarantee it :)

I think it's funny when people refer to the Belgrano as a Battleship.

I also think it's funny that the skipper of HMS Conqueror basically had to trick the Admiralty into letting his Fast Attack Submarine sink an enemy surface combatant during a time of war. IIRC, Argentina had no such qualms about blasting several British ships with anti ship missiles.

Somali line.  Fast as hell and with the Commander Boarding Action perk, presto, you are now in command of that fat, slow BB you took and control for the rest of the battle.  Plus the "ransom" payoff multiplier more than covers any damage to your pirate skiff.

Your best bet to see most of these is as part of a South American premium heavy tree since all of the ABC powers dreadnaughts are of the same tier level.  And I can't remember where Argentina got their CV from it was either a WWII British carrier or an Essex.  I just remember from the 1982 Falklands conflict that the carrier didn't have catapults and couldn't generate enough speed (25 knots tops) to get the wind to launch her A4 Skyhawks and Super Etendards.
