And I am not running a whole game hoping beyond hope there is a Carrier in game and they send planes my way. Airplanes are such crappy XP anyways I have no reason to shoot them down. I have no way to effectively combat IJN DDs with their stealth fire capabilities. Honestly it is AFT that gave the Cleveland any ability to fight at all. Stop thinking about you and start to thinking about the game and the team. Sorry to ignore the topic title, but saying "planes dont give me xp, i dont want to shut them down" is absurd. I play Cleveland a lot and found it a bit easy to sit and rain on NM and Warspite all day without them hitting so this somewhat brings fire back into balance. We'll see down the road. With the Expert Marksmen nerf you can't keep your guns on target while maneuvering any more. In order to shoot at a DD you have to sail in a straight line, and eat a bunch of torps. Frankly, BBs are now better suited to taking out DDs then CLs are. They have the hit points to absorb a torp hit without insta-gibbing, torpedo belts to reduce any damage they do take and, last but not least, magic healing potions to recover and HP they do lose. CLs get none of that and suffer from the same draw back of not being able to keep guns on target while maneuvering... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

So I can't miss what I've never tried. I'm more concerned with the added 7 sec turning time and slightly longer reload times. The respec does open up to tier 4 and I'm considering DE. Not sure yet. AFT never really made a huge difference except for few ships with really short range. BFT is pure 10% nerf , and EM just makes it lot harder to play. they could have easily redone the stat to be net neutral, but I guess they wanted CL nerf I guess. 56th, 64 hit isn't very high number of hit for cleveland. I usually used to get 100+ on typical cleveland battle. nice job on cits though. all it means is someone was stupid.
