Project R 1 day premium

Hey I didn't get a chance to log in yesterday, and I now see that there's 1 day of premium for all participants.  Does this start when I log in, or has it already started, and I'm out however many hours already?

Hello Lord Zath. I think it's going to take them a little while to deliver the group rewards. The Project R website indicates:

 

---All Project R participants will be credited for applicable Milestones at roughly the same time. Please allow up to 72 hours from the time of completion for payouts to process.---

 

I have not received the 200,000 credits from the first milestone. Maybe we'll get both on the same day or perhaps they will spread them out with a 72 hour delay after completion.

Just to be safe I think I am going to wait til Friday before logging in again. I need more play time to get the 1 day premium worthwhile.

I've always felt the premium days would work much better if WE could chose when to activate them. 

 

Give a 30 day expiration (or so) on them. Don't use it you lose it. 

People do have lives and signing in to review your ships or tech tree can activate your freebie when you really did not want to activate it. 

 

C'mon WG... you gotta admit, that's an easy enough thing to do.

BTW... and IMHO... it would be "best" to separate these contest stats from regular day2day stats... hate seeing loss after loss because of a fleet of numnutz.

I would hope that each person gets it the next time they log in.  Otherwise, a lot of people will miss out on that reward.  It wouldn't be fair to people that can't play every day.  I have about 19 days of prem on my account now, so it will just get added to that and not affect me.  But I hope others don't get shafted.  It's bad enough we are not getting the same deal as other servers got in regards to the Premium ship.

I agree, I would be more willing to purchase premium if I could use it when I wanted. I have purchased 6 mon. prem time in WoT in the past but ended up wasting a lot of it so I stopped buying prem.

That's why I only buy it 1 month at a time now.  13,500 gold for 6 months, or 12,500 for 5 months, isn't that big of a difference.  And if I take an extended break from the game, I'm not losing a big investment.

OK thanks for the replies.  It seems like some haven't gotten theirs yet.  And when they do get it, it's BAM!  Premium!  So it looks like I just have to hope that I don't get credited the premium time tomorrow when I can't play at all (which means that's when I'll get it).  Go fig!

If you buy your own premium time with $$, then do the calculations before deciding when to buy.

 

If  a non premium player gets premium time as rewards, please let them choose when to start the clock. Same goes for that 1 day from in-game levels.

Before the end of the week, we will be adding Treasure chests for all the Global Milestones reached so far. You can open those chests for zero pearls. Seriously, good job on getting this far so quickly. You're on track to blow all of the Milestones out of the water. 

Once the chest becomes available later this week, please note that opening the 500,000 Pearl Milestone chest will immediately activate your one day of Premium time. Make the most of it!

 

They deleted your ticket because the information is on the game website, the forum and the game launcher...

At least I can plan out when to activate it for maximum play time.
