Why aren`t you guys answering my tickets about stealing my credits on auto repairs when my ship is not damaged.

It's not stealing. It's your ignorance on the game mechanics.

Its for maintenance. Even if a naval ship left port, sailed for a few days and then went back there would still be costs incurred, fuel, cleaning etc.
