no wonder why my Tirpitz was not able to wreck these in close range. Interesting. I will give lower aim when I see this thing at close range

To me, it feels really easy to hit her citadel, even up close with her own 152mm 950mps guns.

Ahh that explains my problems since I had just overpens with normal places.

Don't worry.  It is regularly citadeled by plunging fire from seagulls.

not allways. German ships in particular had very low citadels, of course this is because their armored deck is so low because of the turleback that its forced to be... but it has its combat bennefits as well. I suspect its a similar story with the Kutuzow, she must have a low armored deck.
