Ognevoi soviet destroyer has the wrong guns

It gets the 85mm on the upgraded hull.

 

No, I have a fully upgraded Ognevoi in my port right now and it says it's a 76 mm dual AA mount.  It's also not counted as a DP gun (ie: it doesn't work as a secondary battery that will shoot at enemy ships.)

Nothing in this game can be "wrong" because the game content is a manifestation of the concepts of the game's designers and developers.

 

Making the game mirror reality as closely as possible was not one of their primary goals.

In reality though it was capable of being used against enemy ships and could depress to -5 degrees

My bad, thats the Kiev.

 

On the other hand the original Project 30 which the first couple were completed as had the twin 76mm.

It was the post-war ones finished as 30K that had the twin 85mm.
