Carrier Control

While playing carriers, the torpedo bombers sometimes seem to glitch and spin in circles. they wont take any more commands and stay in place, spinning in circles. 

 

is there any way to cancel a given command for squadrons?

No, that's a bug. They stay like that until shot down.
