She is probably my favorite ship, even though I seem to not do so well in her (I put it down to switching between ships too much and not getting enough time to know her as well as my Destroyers). She is just everything I want in a Cruiser. A word of warning, though. Don't feel bad when the Tone comes out. Both are excellent ships, and commanding one or the other is good if you use Japanese cruisers. And, don't feel envious when that Mikhail Kutuzov erases aircraft from the sky....you've got torpedoes that ship can only dream of having. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

It's one of my favorite ships, and is a fantastic ship to grind credits on. Regarding your game-play video; I'd really like to hear some commentary over the game-play. This would help make your videos even more interesting. One of the main things I look for when watching these on YouTube is the personality of the poster. Do they provide entertainment value to their video? Are they funny, or give some great background information (history) about the ship they are talking about? Or are they providing the blow by blow commentary on the battle (what they are doing and why they are doing it/what is going through their mind when they make their decisions during the game). At the end of the day, make the video the way you want to make it. If you enjoy running the video with no commentary, that's fine. There are people out there that just want raw footage. Either way; I am happy you found a new ship you enjoy playing, and are posting your games up to YouTube. At tier 1 take situational awareness, tier 2 turret rotation ( this skill is not called this but I don't remember what it's called), Tier 3 superintendent for more survivability, tier 3 I used to use advanced firing training but since the Atago's AA defense is so bad there is no point in using it when you could just instead get the demolition expert skill which will make the Atago have a 20% chance to cause a fire per shell, and last but not least tier 5 should have whatever you desire concealment expert is a good choice but you could instead use Last Chance since it's possible and sometimes likely that your health will be below 20% and having your rounds reload 9% which on the Atago reduces the main battery reload to about 13.5 seconds is pretty nice. Umm.... the Tirpitz, the Sims, and the Atlanta all have torpedoes and are pretty high tiered... (the benefit of living in a farm town is very easy access to lots of egg cartons for extremely cheap lol) Atago seems a nice ship. I want to buy it.
