somehow got 1800 base xp on DD

how is xp calculated for DDs? I was just in my mutsuki and got like the highest xp on my team, yet i only did like 11000 damage. wth? 

 

 

is there assist/capping exp?

Capping is worth more than actual damage.

  Yes, Capping & Defending exp is huge.

 This is the best example I see atm.  On a 3x weekend,  I only had 2 torpedo hits BUT 2 full base captures in a DD-
