Ranked battles.....is this a joke?

Last season, 70% WR, 11-4 or something like that.

This season, 0% WR, 0-6.

These arent close games either, getting steamrolled. Running a New Mex, avg 60k attack. So many solo warriors its sad.

 

Did the last patch change things that much? Im getting double citadelled regularly for 20k damage, angled or not, cant recall ever getting hit like that before. Happened twice in one game ffs.

I still believe there's something fishy with the player base this last week two weeks or so. Every game seems to have more and more people who either don't leave spawn, don't ever shoot or can't land a shot at 3km.

 

Is there a new bot out or something that I'm not aware of?

It's really bad on my end. It's like everyone who barely understands how to play decided to play ranked instead of random. I've had bad players in game with chat off. DDs who believe it's absolutely not their job to spot and sit behind the other ships, literally.

Last season was hit and miss with team play but so far this time it's almost all miss.

yup, games have been so horribad it is like everyone just started playing yesterday... I aint great but DAM man, this is bad...

Small sample size.

 

You had a winning streak and a losing streak. You shouldn't expect to continue at an 11-4 rate, or at a 0-6 rate - keep playing and your win rate will stabilize somewhat.  Also if you combine your wins and losses from both seasons it comes out to around 50%ish which is....right about average.

Nah, statistics is clearly a made-up thing, designed to cover up the fact the WG is out to get OP with unfair matchups.

31 ranked battles so far 71% win rate. Had. Few derby teams and some derby crapon my end but overall not to bad this week for me.

OH and I don't really remember last season having 4 DDs on each team just about every 4 out of 5 games....

I think it would be good for a 2dd 2BB and 3 Cruiser set up or 2 cruiser and 1CV when they are in a game...

4 DDs is WAY out of hand IMO

no it does seem much worse than that....Like I said I am not great but last season I had a 50-62% WR for most of it...started out great till I het rank 5, was 68% THEN MOSTLY 50-52% .....now, I don't even want to look

it's because ranked is very cap related and dd are the best to cap and also because ca/cl are deleted by bb and dd are good vs bb
