I clicked on a other ship then Iwaki again. It was gone, so i assume it was a visual  bug

Just saying, it is the Kongou. You can tell because the catapult is in between the 3rd and 4th turrets instead of being in-front of the 3rd.

thats a kongo not a naga. you can tell by the spacing of the number 3 and 4 turrets

So it's just like a battleship...but it still has torpedoes, good concealment and maneuverability ratings, and I assume it can still deploy a smoke screen?

You should have definitely pressed the Battle button, and hope to see if the Visual Bug would carry on into Battle, would have probably made for some great Screenshots!
