I was low on HP and most of my concentration was on avoiding being hit. Kuma had somewhere around three quarters of her HP left when I engaged, and was doing a pretty good job of hiding her broadside so I decided to stick with HE. She burned to death shortly after I finally went down.

And I feel your pain, I've carried many a game that we failed to win due to lacking support. It's not exclusive to the Yuubari though, just yesterday I carried a team in my Warspite, and the only reason we lost was because no one capped the points earlier. That 1,500 base XP was still nice, though.
