The problem is a lot of people probably haven't figured out yet that they can't earn ARP progress in ranked battles and are still playing to complete those ARP mission objectives and ignoring things they need to do to win the game. But, they didn't. Oh, well. At least they gave us enough time to complete them. The missions would be so incredibly easy to rig/do in pve, you can guarantee whatever you want on the enemy team.
